Our family of 4 visited for a few days. My 13 year old twin boys like it for the games and circus acts. The facility is old and hasn't changed much since I used to stay in the 1970's and 1980's. Because we used the bargain prices, we had the old rooms on the upper floors. Only 2 of 4 elevators worked and at times we would stand there for 10 minutes trying to get into elevators. On two occasions we witnessed verbal fights almost turning physical from other guests about cutting in line at the elevator. Probably our last time staying here but it was an experience.

We waited in line to check in for almost 45 minutes as the staff were giggling and chatting amongst themselves which is fine except when there is a long line of people waiting! As we were checking in the lady said they didn’t have the room we reserved available so they “upgraded” us to a smelly room with puddles of vomit in the bathroom and when we addressed this with the front desk there was no resolve, so I’d say we were downgraded! Anyway I would never return to this place. If I could give negative stars I would
