Cycling is one of the best ways to see a city…not to mention a great way to keep fit on holiday. Here are some top tips from our ‘Fitness Breaks’ bloggers to explore on two wheels.
Barcelona
Barcelona Street Art Tour by bike (5 hours). Most of the pieces are located in the Poble Nou district where you’ll find abandoned industrial buildings. These pieces pop-up and disappear depending on the real estate market, but some are street decorations that were created during Street Art festivals with permission from the City Council to stay and become part of the urban landscape.

Denver
B-Cycle is Denver’s premier bike sharing/rental company that makes it as easy as possible to hop on a bike in any neighborhood with stations located in 10 of Denver’s central neighborhoods! B-Cycle Stations are all over the city, find one closest to you here.

Seattle
Pronto City Bikes (locations are all over the city) are a great way and cheap way to get around town, especially when rush hour hits and it’s time to get to that happy hour. If you want to extend the ride, take a loop around Lake Union and watch the lake filled with kayaker, sailboats and landing floatplanes.

Stockholm
Hire a bicycle and discover the Island of Djurgården. The close proximity to nature in Stockholm is world-class. Can you think of any other metropolis in the world where you can find grazing sheep and horses, valleys and lush forests just a few minutes from the city? You’ll find it in Stockholm – and all around you, too! An easy way to experience the city’s nature – and to get some exercise at the same time – is to hire one of the many rental bikes available in Stockholm and set off on a long ride through the Royal Djurgården Park.
